Dear Sir or Madam,
The purpose of my writing is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory facilities for elderly people in the museum.
Although I am an admirer of "Bihour Museum", it has modern architecture and its authentic beauty is unparallel. However, while my visit last week, with my office colleague "Sara Dekon", who is an enthusiastic sixty-two-year-old lady, she felt various issues while roaming around the edifice.
Firstly, the pathways were uneven, it was very difficult to walk over them even for young ones. Also, some staircases do not have proper railings for support and protection, which could lead to an accidental situation. Secondly, there were not enough benches for rest, where elders could take a breath and relax a bit before moving further. Lastly, not enough sign boards for directing visitors, it makes the trip confusing without proper guides who ask for money.
I suggest to, work over the maintenance of pathways and railings. Moreover, implementation of branches would be a big relief for the elderly even for other families. Addition of signboards can reduce the confusion among the visitors and make their visit a soothing and pleasant experience.
I am looking forward to hearing some optimistic actions from your side about this matter.
Your Faithfully,
Anna Mathew
