Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the keyboard that I recently purchased from your company. The alphabet I key seems to be jammed.
Let me explain the situation in detail. The alphabet I key being jammed, I need to use the online keyboard while typing. This causes hindrance in my work as I is the most commonly used key. It slows down my typing which affects my work. This is a major problem when I am drafting emails in a hurry. Many a times this causes mistakes. It has also led to a wrong information being conveyed.
Would you please replace my keyboard with a new one or repair the current keyboard. I do not mind any of the two as long as it fixes the issue. Could you also please provide me a temporary keyboard during that time so as to not hamper my work.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours Sincerely,
Fiona D'souza
