I am writing to inform you that I have some problems with my laptop which I bought from your store last week.
The laptop that I bought from your shop store is an ASUS brand. From three days ago, suddenly, it has several problems during my work; moreover, it becomes restart and I have been lost my data. It’s really a disappointment for me in that I could not recover my data.
As I told you, I have lost my work and I could not find it, it is too much cost for me to work again on my data and it takes several times.
I am too busy these days; however, if it is possible please makes me advise or change my laptop. should you cannot fix the problems, please refund my money as soon as possible.
