Dear sir or Madam,
I am writing to explain about a problem in regard to a printer I have recently bought.
My name is Pooneh and my customer number is 33H45F. I have been told that I could rely on your products as your company has a good reputation for selling good quality equipment.
I have recently bought a printer which I need for my domestic job. Although I wanted to use it at home, I preferred to buy an advanced printer which is even suitable for working in big companies. But, Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the quality. I was told by your staff to change the cartridge and even specific lens, and I did so, but without any success.
Actually, it is very important for me to have the printed sheets very clear as I issue them for my customers on a regular basis. I am sure you understand how it is important to have the related documents printed precise and legible.
As, according to the contract, it is impossible to ask for a refund, I hope you will change the appliance for me as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you and knowing about the way I could have my printer changed.
Yours faithfully,
Pooneh
