Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been one of your regular customer for two years. However, I am writing this to inform you about a defect in a router that I purchased from one of your department store in Colombo.
Last Saturday I bought a router from your shop and I was assured that it was one of among the best which has fast 4G internet connection. Despite, upon arrival I realized that it is not as fast as it was supposed to be. In addition, eventhough it is said that 10 GB data slot is provided, once I started to work,it seemed very slow and just five days after prevailing balance bundle was only 1GB.
As I am working at home, sending of e-mail in daily basis is required. Hence, fast internet facility is crucial in my career. Due to this reason, I am so likely to miss my deadlines which adversely effect on my job prospects.
Therefore,could you please send some technician to check the issue with my equipment? Given the fact that this foul-up was entirely fault of your company,I feel that compensation in the form of a full refund, if you could not settle the issue quickly.
A swift response would be greatly appreciated.
