Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I am interested in working at our company’s head office in Seattle for the next half a year.
I had performed quite well in the first two quarters and was also recently awarded as “the Employee of the month”. I have all the skill sets that are needed for working at the head office. This new role will give me enormous opportunities for learning newer technologies and for utilizing my current experience to showcase show my talent.
As far as my duty over here is concerned, my subordinate is fully aware of my project work and is willing to help me in my current responsibilities. Moreover, I will conduct proper knowledge transfer sessions for her in order to make sure that the transition is streamlined.
Would you kindly look into the matter and initiate a formal interview process? Also, I would like to request you to send me a list of documents that would be needed from my end for filing the visa
