Dear John,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I would like to spend six months working in the head office and please kindly arrange a workmate to handle my job in this period.
The reason that I want to work in head office is the training system which can help me process my job more efficient. Apart from that, I have chance to catch up more complex cases so that could help our team to face a wide range of new projects. The experiences that I gained will profit the whole department in the future.
As you know, my current project has been finished and the new one has not started yet. I already write a handover file which is the other tasks that still ongoing. I believe the file is easy to understand so you can use it as training file directly.
Could you kindly arrange one workmate to handle the other tasks for me during this six months. I will keep in touch with him or her to finish all the tasks and glad to explain everything.
I am so appreciate if you allow me to work in the head office in the following six months and I would contribute all my passion and energy to our department in the future.
King regards,
Joe
