You work for an international company and you would like to spend 6 months working in its head office in another county.
Write a letter to your manager, in your letter write

Explain why you want to work in the company's head office for 6 months
Say how your work could be done while you are away
Ask his/ her help for arrangement.

Hello Sir,

I hope you are doing well. This letter requests your extra attention to allow me to visit the Oxford for enhancing my SAP skills.

Firstly, I would like you to know that due to immense competition, SAP is growing by each passing day. During an official call with my client, I came to know that if I don't upgrade in skills from SRM to MM then it could be possible that soon I need to move out. However, going through different conversations, I have come to know that 6 months training is going to be conducted in our head office at Oxford post 4 months.

This might worry you for my part of the work.
But, I assure you that work handled by me would not get affected due to the training. I have collected every small details about the training and you would be pleased to learn that I would be getting 3 hours of time daily, which I would use for responding to emails and would prompt to complete my BAU task.

Lastly, I would ask your help for few arrangements which needs to be done on managerial level. Please send my name recommendation ahead to the head office. Only then I can get the invite. After getting the invitation, I need to arrange for flight ticket as well as my accommodation.

I look forward to hearing from you positively.
