Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I am John, a resident of Forrestfield and I heard about your shop from my freind who lives in that area. I am writing to you in regards to find the possibility of buying a certain electrical good that is only available at your store. As I am located 50 km away from your store location I thought it would be best to order before hand, so that I could make that long distance with the certainity of having the goods I am wishing to.
I am looking for the special edition sound system from Matrix sound version MS 320 E that comes with the high boost mic integrated in it. it also have the option of recording for DVDs and BluRays. Upon all it has feature of connecting to ones computer and tweak the music tracks.
It would be great if you could provide me with the information of cost of the above mentioned special edition piece and options of payment available at your end. if I could pay through a credit card I will be pleased as i will be able to avail the EMI.
Once the order is confirmed I can visit your store during my lunch time which would be around 1 pm on Wednesdays or Thurdays. my work place is 10 km away from your place I will be able to manage.
I will be looking forward to hear from you. Your efforts in this matter is highly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
John Stansworth.
