Dear Madam,
I am interested in attending the seminar being conducted in Canada. I am writing this letter to know more details about it.
Firstly, I would like to know the dates of the seminar as I can plan my work accordingly and won't arrange any meetings during that time. Also, could you please send me the booklet in which the program schedules are as I would like to understand what topics would be covered.
Additionally, in which hotel would we be put up in during the stay.Being my first trip to Canada I am not familiar with the transportation system and would prefer a hotel closer to the venue. Could you please advice if I can opt for selecting my own place to stay.
Lastly, what would be the cost of the whole trip? Could you please provide additional information for the same. Also, please let me know what costs would be covered by the company and what expenses I have to bear.
Looking forward to receiving a clear picture on the above as soon as possible. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any additional information.
Kind Regards,
Mary Ann
