Dear Gimmie,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to ask you about a trip , if you are free than you can join us in next month probably in the month of December. Me and my family have planned mini vacation in this winter to Maldives. Yet, my brother also was going with us but for some reason he wouldn't make it with us though his tickets were confirmed but the fare is non-refundable.
Hence, I thought to cross-check with you if you are interested and have enough time to hang out with us. Furthermore, we have reserved the passes on the 20th December till 31st of December, also we have arranged hotels, transport from airport to the motels. As you know my brother is in the army, he is called on the duty so he has to leave.
Nevertheless, If you are going to join with us then you will need to take some warm clothes, tracking shoes plus whatever is essential items to be packed. I will wait for your response till next week, till then you have a time to think and ask permission from your guardians.
I can't wait to hear a positive response from you.
Lots of love
