Essay topics:

your building does not have parking space. Write a letter to manager. Describe the problem. Suggest solution. Say why parking will benefits the staff

Dear Mr. Brown,

Dear Mr. Brown,

I am an existing employee of your company. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an issue I am facing from a long time. The situation has gotten the worst now and I had no option left, but to send you a letter.

I hope that your are well aware about the unavailability of parking space in our office building, due to which, I used to park my car in the nearby paid parking lot. I was paying $50 every month and it added extra burden on my pocket. However, now that space went under construction and I had no other spot to park. Therefore, I kindly want to request you to introduce a new parking place in our building. I did some research and found that the land on the back of our building is on sale and think that it can be used as a parking place.

I believe you understand that the of construction of new parking lot will help to our staff numerously, which is major problem to everyone working in RBC, because people like me do not need to spend extra money and will saves a lot of time as we do not need to waste time to find a place to park.

Thanks for your consideration. I am look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
