Dear Sir,
My self Milan Desai, I am father of Aarav Desai (Roll No: D12) studying in grade-I. I am penning down this epistle to you regarding expression of my interest in accompanying pupils for three day school outing in Srilanka. Yesterday, I have come to know from my son that few parents are required for this trip.
Firstly, I would like to inform you that I had previously worked in Srilanka as a doctor in medical camp for three years, so, I am aware about their culture and most of the places. At the same time, I can help students by addressing their medical concerns. Besides this, I have very sound social contacts in Srilanka, that could be beneficial to us if our team faces any problems.
I can also help them with their daily exercise and can take care of them in case of any medical emergency. As i am a doctor, it would be useful for school to have me on this trip considering my medical expertise.
Lastly, I would like to know more about excursion. Could I have detail itinerary of this trip? Also, I would like to know about the hotel booking to prepare myself better for this trip.
Hoping to become a part of this trip and spend some good times with kids.
