Your company sent you to complete a course in another country. You have lost the certificate received at the end of the course. Write a letter to the principal of the college where you took the course.
In your letter, you should tell:
how you lost the certificate
why you need it now
what you want the principal to do.
Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well. Recently, I have completed the advanced database administrator course from your prestigious institution as it was recommended by my company. However, the certificate which I receive after the completion of this course has been misplaced while coming back to my hometown.
The certificate was kept in a blue folder which I might have lost during checking out my room on the last day of the training in the Radisson Hotel as I had to catch my flight for the new project. Besides, I had written a letter to the manager of that hotel to check if they found any blue folder and certificate inside it.
As you know, the company organize this training for upcoming business projects and after completion of this course, we required to submit our certificates. This certificate will be a license for presenting the new proposal to our clients in our Information Technology sector. Hence, It is crucial for me to submit my transcripts to the human resource department.
Apart from that, I could not travel because of the tight schedule. Therefore, I would request you to please sent me a soft copy of my certificate on my email id. My enrollment no is GHVJBC122 and my email id: mailmehna@yahoo.com. I hope you will be able to find my transcripts and degree with the information that I have mentioned above.
I am looking forward to hearing a positive response from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
