Your friend will be staying at your home, but you can’t be there. Write a letter in which you explain: - How the keys will get to him/her - How to use the electrical appliances - Recommend some interesting places to visit
Dear Ram,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I am so happy to hear that you are coming to visit here on a week’s holiday. Unfortunately, I won’t be available as I have to fly to Delhi for a business meeting.
I have to leave on the 21st of November as a few clients are coming from the USA. There is an auto expo happening there in Delhi which they are coming to see and requested me to show my company’s product there only. I shall be leaving the key with my colleague who is living next door. You will find everything you need inside. The fridge is stacked with eatable, and WIFI is available in the room and password is pasted on a paper near the TV, even there’s a cable connection if you wished to watch a movie or news. If you have any doubt regarding the use of an electrical appliance, you may ask Mr Rohit, and he is accommodating.
There are many historical places like forts and temples within 5 Kms; also you can enjoy the beautiful sunset at the beach. What more to say, there a restaurant named Paragon, which is famous for its kind of traditional foods served. You can ask Rohit to accompany you.
I hope you will have an excellent time. Once again, I apologies for not being there to give to a company.
Yours lovingly
Rahul
