Dear Sir or Madam,
Hope you are doing good .I am writing this letter to you for expressing my appreciation for your decision to reward people who have contributed themselves to help others and brought positive amendments in the community.
I would like to recommend someone for the award who has contributed immensely for the ameliorate of our community.Mr kulwinder singh, a retired army officer, deserves for the award. He has been working for helping the poors more than 20 years and has provided a food and shelter to thousand people . His dedication is only to help the destitute people and he has been awarded many times from some reputed organizations as a good social worker.
According to my point of view ,I personally believe that you should have to consider him for the award for invigorating him in the more social collaborations and you should specially printed a trophy by his name to give him.
Thank you for your precious time.
Yours faithfully,
Arshdeep singh
