Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been using your service for more than 5 years, and I am writing with regard to suggestions I would like to provide.
I really enjoy the quiet and comfortable environment, which is quite conducive to my study. With all your stuff members being really kind and supportive, I believe all visitors here feel welcomed and relaxed.
There are something I do not like very much too. The current close time is 7 p.m. that I think is too early for working people. Also, some procedures are not very straightforward to follow. For example, I need to come to the library and fill up several forms to get my borrowed book extended.
In my opinion, you could hold more activities involving readers, in particular lectures given by local writers. And more digital contents would be great as more and more readers are used to E-readers. As mentioned above, it can save the time and energy of both readers and your stuff members to make it possible to manage our accounts online.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Kevin Young
