I am writing you with regards to the complain you both raised on the noise coming from my flat.
I will start by apologizing for not reaching out to you before you laid a complain, I did not envisage that the noise was affecting your peace. It emanates from my faulty heating system which is situated in the basement of my house. ordinarily, it wouldn't have been heard, but because the windows in the basement were left open, the noise was escaping.
Unfortunately, I cannot turn off the system right now because it is needed to heat the house up but as a temporary solution, I would ensure that the windows in the basement are closed, thereby reducing the noise to a minimal.
I have contacted the installers and laid a complain, they gave me an appointment for 3PM tomorrow which is the 3rd of October. Hopefully, after the repairs the noise would stop permanently.
I regret the inconveniences this might have caused you and your family, please be assured that I am on the top of the matter.
