Dear sir
i have learnt from your letter dated 9th february 2019 about your disturbance due to the noise that you have heard from my house. I am deeply saddened by this difficulty of yours and sincerely apologise for my unintended troble makin.
the reason of the noise that you are complaining of is that my wife has recently given birth to our first child. The delivery of our newborn was 4 weeks earlier than the due time and as a result the physical development of the child's lungs did not happen properly. this unrdevelopment of lu ngs has caused the baby emmense sufferings and it cannot breathe normally and has grown perspiratory problems . as a result she cries all the day due to the inability to inhale and to exhale properly. the children of such condition requires constant monitoring and intensive care but since my wife and I are both students, we are anable to afford such expensive treatments to look after the child. but we have already applied to the concerned social welfare and protection for a comprehensive insurance policy for the whole family which will be matured on 12th february 2019. after that the child will be taken to the nearest community health care center for special care and we hope that the health issues of our baby will solved parmanently.
i am again showing my regrets to your recent suffering and hope that you will not be disturbed any further from 12th february 2019 as soon as our insurance matures.
