Dear Mr. John,
This letter has been written in context to your grievance about the loud sounds from my residential place.
I think you had forgotten that I have informed you about my college youth festival in which me and me other friends going to do a traditional dance. For practice session, my home is selected by the trainer because this scene is comfortable for the other participants.
I understand it is hard for you to sleep at night as our dance training lasts for 11 pm. Pardon me for the inconvenience caused by me. It will be a great help if you can adjust and allow us for a few days because there is no other option with us and only three days are left for the performance.
It is my guarantee this will never happen again and from next time we will definitely choose the region which is far away from the residential locality so that the colony people will not get disturbed.
Yours Sincerely,
Johns Parker
