Dear Matt,
I am wriing to you to apologie for the inconvienence caused due to the renovation happenning in my apartment.
I completely understand how disturbing it is for you however, it was necessary for me to fix the leakages in the walls. Not only that, but also all my furniture was pretty old and had to be replaced. The carpenter's are doing a great job and I would like for you to come and have a look after my house is repaired!
I will make sure that the carpenter completes most of their work at their workstations intead of doing it from scratch in my apartment. I will also make sure the renovation of my house is done strictly within the timings decided and allowed by the chairman of our building. Do let me know if you still face any problems and I will look into it.
