The provided charts illustrate the percentage of everyday absorption of some nutrients after meals. On the whole, it is obvious that sodium and saturated account for mostly in dinner whereas added sugar occupy the least in breakfast.

In terms of sodium as well as saturated fat, they are taken in at the percentage of 43% and 37% respectively. Meanwhile, they only hold between 26% and 29% in lunch. Compared with these ones in breakfast and snacks, their numbers fluctuate in the range of 14% to 21%.

Regarding added sugars, the amount which come from snacks is at approximately one half of the pie chart. This is nearly doubled the figure in lunch with 19%. In the contrary, breakfasts only supplies 16% of added sugars. Similar to snacks, dinner consumes a significant intakes of 23% of added sugars
