Describe an organization that you admire and explain some of the reasons it is important to you

From my perspective, my ex company, “Abidi” pharmaceutical company is admirable. The first and foremost reason is that in this company human resources is really their capital and they respect them. For instance, they try hard every year to adjust personnel salary with market and inflation. Another compensation and benefit that this company has, is yearly trip for personnel to another country for recreation. Secondly, they have comprehensive plan to increase engagement and satisfaction of employees. Hence, they made the rest zone in each floor of our company building. Moreover, staff can use gym in the first floor. To conclude, I am applauding this company for humanitarian policies of their managers.
