In 1998, the most popular usage was from 16-30 years old with occupied approximately 53%, followed by the age at 31-50 years with less than 11%. In 1999, both figures experienced a moderate decline, but the former had a more intense tendency by about 10%, while a mere 1-2% was for the latter. They kept their pattern decreased negligibly to 43% and 38% for the 16-30 and
31-35 years old, respectively.
On the other hand, the proportion of internet users under 15 holding a small ratio at 3% for its original level, followed by a climb to 8% in 1999, before remaining jump to nearly 10% in the last term. There was a correlation in the trend of less than 15 and 50 or more. However, the rate for users surpassed 50 was higher than the other for the whole research and finished the study when it reached 10%.
