The causes and solutions will be brought out in this essay.
First of all, the job-hopping frenzy can be attributed mainly to the remarkable social changes taking place nowadays. The upheaval of all aspects of society has no signal to stop which led to the succession of job opportunities generating immensely choices for employees. As a result, people have a tendency to leave recklessly their current job if they find another good one rather than staying in a job like before. On the other hand, employers now place more emphasis on the employees’ outcomes instead of the time they spent in the company that may be turned into the reason why job-hopping is increasing every year.
It goes without saying that some conflicts involved in the workplace and company policies are the causes why job-hoppers move their job. For instance, employees place too many well performances but they don’t get the job advancements or promotions from the boss. Consequently, employees feel unfair as well as don’t want to dedicate their time and effort to the wrong place.
In a word, the fast-changing of all fields makes the employees not spend their whole life in a job when they can get so many job chances outside but we can handle this issue. The HR department and the boss need to take care of their employees more and give them the suitable climbing up in their career and listen to their favors usually.
