The student room for two people is 150 dollars per week more than the room for one individual, at 350 dollars a week.The room for two people has two beds with two study desks. The two student compartments are separated by two cupboards.Next to student desk one, located on the left hand side of the room, there is a book shelf and there is also a small window next to bed one. Apart from that, this room has a table and chairs for more convenience.Study desk 2 is located near to the kitchen,followed by another bed and window.
The student room for one person has only one bed, but it has much larger windows for a better view. It also has a study desk.Both rooms have attached bathrooms of the same size to the left of the door as you enter.Moreover, the kitchen area is also similarly equipped. Both rooms have a sink, a stove and a microwave for cooking,located to the right of the door. A television is also available in both rooms. The rent is paid weekly and it amounts to two hundred dollars for the room with one student and three hundred and fifty dollars for the room with two people.Lastly, both rooms have the same length of six meters, but their width is different.The room for two people has a width of four meters and the room for a single person has a width of only two and a half meters.
