Some people believe that governments should pay full course fees for students who want to study at universities. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Some people think that learners entering universities need tuition support from the government. In this essay, although I find full scholarships a reasonable method for helping the poor students or the excellent candidates, the education budgets in developing countries are deposited in order to reinvest in future education infrastructure.
On the one hand, the governments should provide full financial help to special students. First of all, paying full cost of learning at universities allows poor students who come from low income families to reduce their financial burden. As a result, these students should not pay attention to finding a part-time job in order to complete fee responsibilities, thus gaining necessary knowledges. This is the perfect platform for graduates to have a well-paid job. Moreover, generating full scholarships encourages excellent learners to pay full time on researching and finding out new inventions when they are at university. This results in producing talented scientists or great contributors in the next generations. These evidences could enable the government to plan a high education budget to aid these students who need financial supports.
On the other hand, covering all fees of studying universities for all students is not significant because upgrading institution infrastructure and other sufficient financial aids could make university costs more comfortable. Specifically, investing in modern and high tech education infrastructures could allow the students who live in remote provinces to access online courses, thus these students can save the high costs of commuting and accommodation in expensive cities. As a result, they can cover their learning fees after high school, therefore, there are less out-cash flows and more in-cash flows of the government budget to reinvest in the education infrastructure. Additionally, there are several sufficient financial aids which generate a comfortable learning path for students. Example, the state bank of Vietnam has a loan package with a low interest rate to help students fulfill university fees. This means these students only give period principals and cheap interests after they finish university programs and have a job. A brief summary, this essay also mentions education infrastructure upgrades and learning loan packages instead of focusing on free full fees.
In conclusion, the bill of education fees should be on the government that is significant to some special situations while popular education loans and upgrading studying institutions can make the student life more leisure.
