It is reasoned by some personages that, there should be an obligatory rule i.e taking the driving test every 5 years. There a few advantages and some disadvantages as well. I believe that there more disadvantages to this idea. The advantages and disadvantages are given bellow.
One of the advantages, to this idea is that if there are any new rules introduced or any new techniques then it would be beneficial for the people, as they'll learn those more effectively.
