Based on a topic given given by the tutor, I can give my vote to university based courses because you can't give your better time to the internet for the course and nobody will give the exact guidence for the research and development. In the university you can do practical analysis and you can have a healthy discussion with the professor or your tutor for the subject.
You can discuss some topics with your batch mates and you can solve the problem if you have any.
Internet based causes can give you an easy learning at your time but simantainsly you can learn atikete and proper communications to one to one & one to all.
Internet based courses may facilitate you for the pause lectures and forward if you don't like.
Concept of the internet learning is very good because one professor or one lecture copy can literate millions of people.they are more cheaper then the university based courses.they are more convinient and day by day improved lecturing.otherside university can make you a better person to live on this planet and we can make more friends also.I have studied in university of Gujarat in civil engineering and learnt a lot things to do in professional carrier and also made a good friend for the life time, they thought me positivity about life and so many other things which internet based courses can't do.
In short my view is to be a better person and to be a better professional you have to spend your time in university based courses.
