Secondly, developed countries have to stop targeting the most successful individuals, such as scientists doctors and teachers of poorer countries. As a consequence, these professionals will not find any place to immigrate to and they will decide to stay and work in their mother countries. For instance, developed countries like Canada and USA immigration programs designed to search for professionals and experts in each field of science and technology.
