Some parents think that childcare centres provide the best services for children of pre-school age. Other working parents think that family members such as grandparents will be better carers for their kids. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
In modern society, it is a norm that bother parents are employed in order to earn a satisfactory income for the family. Some people claim that child care institute is an ideal place to keep their child until they finish work, while others argue that family relatives are better carers. This essay will discuss both arguments before a reasoned opinion is reached.
On the one hand, toddlers receive the tending of trained experts at child care institutes. The employees of day-care institutes have been trained to attend to requirements of kids professionally. This can be considered as a quite valuable skill. When the standards of the facilities is satisfactory and there are enough skilled child care specialists, the child would be in safe hands while it's parents are away at work.
On the other hand, being with family members could grant many benefits to the child. Close relatives such as grandparents are respected as persons who love their grandchildren as much as their loved their own children. They have cared for their children once so with that experience they know how to bring up their grandchildren to be great personalities in the future. Their love, caring and attention will create a safe environment for the child to stay while it's parents are away, being employed. Unlike child care institutes, grandparents have to attend to one one or two children so that closer attention and consequently, more love, attention and caring is given to them when they are with their grandparents.
In conclusion, I believe that even though the child care institutes are equipped with good facilities and skilled specialists, it is essential that close attention and an immense amount of love and care are given by their family and grandparents.
