Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: grades encourage students to learn.

We all are studying and take different type of examinations, different style of grading. All shows “knowledge” in a word. Some people think that examination is way how can encourage students to study. However, in reality grades are only a way to evaluate student’s stress, only way to insult students, and only way make students not study.
Firstly, most of parents, teachers think that grades from exam will encourage but they neglect a fact that students who got low mark than others will feel shy and mix feelings will be his/her shadow, his/her nightmare. Some of parents think that this way is only way to know his/her child’s performance and knowledge from exams. It is not the correct way! They feel stress during exams and may be some of them exhausted because they haven’t slept during night. Not because he was chilling all the night, but he was trying all the night to not make his parents to feel shy because he has got low mark from his mates. Is it way to know your child. System is this. Okay, we are agree but we demand from system to evaluate their teacher in the same way. Believe me there would be a teacher who will get low mark, less than he or she knows.
Secondly, school or university is a place where you learn fundamental behavior and make a step to a future. Exam is way that make students copy. You will argue with me that students have not do that. However, they know that they will be abused by group of people not getting enough mark and it will create a way to copy, to cheat. Starting of cheating is easy but ending of it is complicate. Doing it and couldn’t give up create a way to cheat during your daily life. This is really bad situation. I just want to end up by thought with a well-know man’s words. “When students cheat on exams, it’s because our school system values grades more than students value learning”
In conclusion, to encourage all students try to find out other way apart from examination. Because it is why to insult one, and make a question mark on themselves brain about their knowledge. Exams and grades are temporary but education is permanent…

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
