Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Universities should require all graduate students to take courses public speaking. Give specific examples and details to support your answer.
There was a lot of discussion about whether universities should require every graduate students to take public speaking class or not. Although some believe this policy is necessarily for every students, there still lots of disadvantages within it.
It is so argued that school should force all graduate students to take speaking courses, because during the class, students can learn something crucial for them in the future. The supporters of this argument must be reminded that, in practicality, graduate students are busy in doing research. They may have no time to take the class. Even they did, they may fall asleep or doing other things without listening the lecture. Besides, students may have few practice time during the class owing to large amount of students. By contrast, there are still lots of way to train students' speaking skill. For example, during every meeting, professor can instruct their student how to present well. Students not only have lots of time to practice but also learn from their friends.
Supporters of requiring all graduate students to take speaking class may still argue that those students are likely to be a professor in the future, so explaining a theory well is an important ability for them. The real picture of this statement, however, is that students who take the courses are going to teach different subjects. The way to articulate physic, music or literature theories are not same. Physic teacher may need to explain how to derive a formula. However, a history teacher must proficient in telling a story. Therefore, gathering all students to learn speaking skills is not practical. By comparison, during discussing with advisors, students can realize how they speak in similar subject. Moreover, those advising professors have years of experience. They know how to explain well so that everyone can realize.
Taking a speaking course is not necessarily a cog to make the machine of students run. There are still lots disadvantages such as having no time to take the class, or learning some skills which is not suitable for what they teach.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
