how do this idea in listening passage cast doubt on the ideas in the reading passage?

In this set of materials, the reading part discusses the theory was suggested by winslow taylor. It is written that time-and-motion, which is one of the most important problems in factories, he claimed that if factories had used her theory, they could have improved their workers ability, and listening section cast doubt on the information presented in the passage and argue that the theory illustrated in reading part has a negative influence on both workers and products.
First, the passage posits that factory should recognize time-wasting workers. They should calculate the time and movement of factory workers in order to improve the ability of factory. However, the lecture makes the point that, if factory evaluated movement of workers, they would be resisted and has a negative influence on workers.
The second according to the text, managers should use time-and-motion studies in their management. One the important part of the proposal is that they should distinguish lower workers because they evaluate how much they move. The speaker disagrees with this point, and, asserts that workers in the factory aren’t robots. They can’t work like a machine so they shouldn’t work like machines.
Third, the article claims that the tasks of higher-skilled workers are spread among lower-skilled workers in order to improve the operation of lower-skilled workers and factory can pay the lower cost to higher-skilled-workers. The lecture points out that if the factory gave a small task to higher-skilled-workers, they would not enjoy their tasks.
In conclusion, the talk bolsters, the mentioned piece of information in the passage.
