People work because they need money to live. What are some other reasons that people work?

There are numerous reasons why people work. Earning money is indispensable to meet basic needs. Barring these needs, people have several needs in terms of entertainment or hobbies for which money is required. As far as I am concerned, money is an important factor to fulfill our dreams and also to provide a healthy life.

First of all, there are hundreds of thousands of people out there encountering with diverse problems without finding out considerable solutions. In this regard, extracurricular activities like going to the gym, community center, sports activity, photography or expeditions help them to find respite from their daily hectic schedule. Indulging yourself in such activities keep you away from emotional turmoil, pending works, unresolved problem and health issues. Hence, people often invest their money in such activities. My experience is a compelling example of this. My job is very stressful and tedious. To alleviate my stress, I often go on vacation with my friends which helps to restore all serenity and vitality of my life. If I had no money, I could not afford such trips.

Secondly, nowadays the cost of health checkups, surgery, and medical tests has been increasing at a skyrocketing rate. To get a good insurance plan, you must need a decent amount of money. Everybody wants their family to be safe and healthy and also want to provide the best medical treatment to cure their ailments. I would like to shed some light on this aspect with a vivid example. Recently, my uncle was diagnosed with a heart block which required a surgery. This surgery costed an arm and a leg. As my cousin worked in a multinational company, he afforded the cost of surgery easily. So to provide medical treatment and to take care of your family, money is significant.

In conclusion, in this world full of worries and unresolved problem, it is really important to spend some time engaging yourself into entertainment or other hobbies. And at the same time money gives us access to expensive health treatment which of utmost importance.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
