Recently some students need to arrive school at the early time in the morning. Some people think that starting school day early is a good approach to support learning, while other people think that starting school day at the later time is better. Which one do you prefer?
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">The topic of the class="school">school day very early in the morning or at a class="later">later class="time">time in the morning has always been controversial. Despite the fact class="that">that class="some">some people believe class="that">that starting the class="school">school day early class="is">is helpful for students' study, from class="my">my perspective, class="it">it class="is">is beneficial for students to class="start">start the class="school">school day at class="later">later class="time">time in the morning. I feel this way for three reasons, which I class="will">will explore in the following essay.
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">For starters, scientists believe class="that">that everyone has a study method individually, class="it">it involves the class="time">time of study as class="well">well. according to the current researches, a lot of students prefer to go to the class="school">school a class="later">later class="time">time in the morning. class="that">that class="is">is why they class="can">can focus on their classes class="better">better class="than">than class="when">when they should be present very early in the morning. class="my">my own experience demonstrates this reality. class="when">when I was a class="student">student at the class="school">school, I class="learn">learn class="my">my the second and the third class class="better">better class="than">than the first class. Because the first class was early hours of the morning.
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">Secondly, the class="school">school day at class="later">later class="time">time in the morning creates a suitable condition class="that">that the class="student">student could be have enough class="time">time to sleep. Clearly, enough sleep produce class="some">some necessary hormones for class="better">better learning the students. As class="well">well as class="that">that, enough sleep reduces their stress. Based on the statistics the students sleep around eight hours, they are more calm class="than">than others with insufficient sleep.
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">Third, a class="school">school day at a class="later">later class="time">time in the morning makes a situation for the students class="that">that have enough class="time">time to eat a healthy breakfast. everyone knows class="that">that the breakfast meal class="is">is the most important meals in the day. according to the studies, a nutrient breakfast class="will">will increase the level of learning's students almost eighty percent.
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">
class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">To summarize, the advantages of the class="later">later class="time">time in the morning class="will">will continue to outweigh its disadvantages. The students class="can">can focus on their lessons along with they have enough class="time">time to sleep and eat breakfast. I definitely agree with a late morning class="school">school day.
