Working in a job is always played significant role in each individual's life. We learn a lots of things while we work. Today, some parents ask the teenagers to work while they study. However, others believe that they should not study and focus only their classes. It is obvious that working in early age works to person's advantage. I am with the former group and the lines will shed light on my viewpoint.
First of all, when students work in a job, they may gain the sense of responsibility; therefore, parents want kids work in a part time job whlie they study. Kids study better, if they face the brutal reality of real life. To working until a certain hour and earning amount of money is tough.
Secondly, in addition the imporantce of having responsibility, there are another subtle point which deserve some words. Many people have struggled with making a decent living. Due to cost of living, most of parents cannot afford of their kid's expenses. I think, teenagers may feel more free if they can ear their own money. According to the a recent research which conducted at Harvard University by the team of reputable scientist, the number of working teenagers has skyrocketed compared the last decades. What is more, these teenagers, who afford their own expenses, do not like to depend their families and buy what they want.
To wrap it up, taking all aforementioned reasons into the account, one cannot the underestimate the importance of ealy working. On the one hand, Kids learn self-discipline, on the other hand they earn money. I consider that every toddler should work while they are studying.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
