Nowadays, social media play an extremely important role in almost every person’s life. Personally, I prefer to post photos and other information on social media than to keep it private. I feel this way for several reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, when you upload a picture on social media, such as Facebook and Instagram, it remains there unless you delete it on your own. In other words, were your photos from all of your devices to be lost, such social media can serve the function of a backup place. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. A few years ago, I travelled to Spain with my brother. Needless to say that we took hundreds of photos of various places and monuments. On the last day of our trip I lost my phone ,and as a result, I lost all the photos and the information stored in it. However, I had uploaded my favorite photos of this trip on my instagram profile. So, even though my phone was gone, I still had a couple of photos as a memory from this unique trip.
Secondly, when people keep record of their experiences by making various posts on social media and uploading information, such as which are they hobbies and interests, it might help them find other people with common interests. In particular, it might prove to be helpful in broadening one’s circle of friends and acquaintances. For instance, when I uploaded different kind of photos of historical buildings I had visited, many people who were also interested in the same buildings and places in general contacted me. In this way, not only did I have the opportunity to communicate with people who had the same interests as I did, but I also met some travel partners. Therefore, had I not posted these photos on my social media, I would have never met these amazing people with whom I have visited the most exciting places and I have had the most interesting conversations in my life.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that one should share his experiences with others by posting photos and other kind of information on social media. This is because not only do social media work as a safe place to keep them so that they are not lost if something happens to a device, but in this way people get the chance to make new friends as well.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
