Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites.Other people prefer not to create such records.
Which approach do you prefer and why?
Use specific reasons and examples to support you answer.
With the rapid development of science and technology, people prefer to use mobile phones or laptops as a record to upload many precious pictures or meaningful videos on personal social account. While others hold the view that it is not a good idea to create such records. As far as I am concerned, I am in favor of the approach that putting some pictures and other information to social-networking sites is a great way to document life.
First of all, photos and videos of personal life uploaded on social-networking sites records people's current life so that they can have a good memory in the future. There are some moments in life that are especially precious for people. For example, when people go through a lot of hard work to get accepted by their dream university, they would take some beautiful pictures of the campus and share their happiness with others on social-networking sites. Many years later, when people saw these old pictures again, they would still remember how they felt at that time. Some people also take a lot of videos at their wedding to record the most precious moments of their life. After they uploaded these videos on the social account, many people would give them their sincere wishes. No matter how many years later, when they saw these videos and wishes, they could recall what they looked like when they got married. However, if people are not willing to create these records, it could be hard for them to remember those valuable memory. Therefore, it is necessary for people to upload pictures and other messages to social-networking sites.
What is more, staying actively social contacts allow us to better maintain relationships and make new friends. Nowadays, people have many friends on social networking sites, some are old friends they already know, some are new friends they may not have met before. Individuals can make comment on photos of old friends on the website, keep abreast of their current lives and show concern to them. People could also find some new friends who may have the same interests or do the similar job. With these new friends, people could get a lot of useful information and enrich their lives. Conversely, if people refuse to create personal records and never check others’ records, they may lose contact with friends who barely have time to meet with each other. And their life would lose lots of interesting things to share with. Hence, people who stay active on social sites are better able to maintain friendships with their friends than rejecting to create such records.
To sum up, the convenience brought by the Internet could provide us a more broad world to share personal information and communicate with other people. So, using social-networking sites to record your own life and making a beautiful memory for yourself.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
