Nowadays, the Internet has been necessary for almost everyone in modern society. From my own perspective, I prefer to upload my delightful moments on the Internet to share with my friends. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
Firstly, a part of the essence of human-being is to interact with others. People are inclined to build connections with the outer world, and as a result, creating such records is an excellent means, which is also original in this Internet era, to share our experience with others. The most important consequence of uploading is it can improve the happiness we receive from interpersonal communication. For example, I always wandered on the Internet when I felt lonely and depressed. I browsed the social-networking sites, which included not only my friends, but also strangers. And I would leave a comments like my feelings concerning the contents and inspirations from them. The most amazing thing of the behaviors was at the moment when they told me how I encouraged them to release more content about their lives. Meanwhile, they would follow my account to comment on my records. I have earned so much delight from those virtual interactions. So, my experience convinced me of this argument.
Secondly, people at different times have respectively specific cultures. And I strongly believe that the special way of expression could help us to form a new kind of culture, in which youth can find his roots. An example of Facebook could demonstrate the opinion. This application has redefined the conception of community for today's humans. To be more specific, the community no longer means a physical position where you are living in, but it could be a bunch of people, maybe from all over the world, who share a collective hobby like the art of film. The communities could be enlarged if the members keep uploading their ideas and works. As a consequence, a popular culture will grow based on the foundation of a new community.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that uploading experience is beneficial. This is because there is an indispensable desire in humans' nature to connect themselves to others., and because behaving in that way makes it possible to find a particular sound that belongs to the young generation within the long history of human society.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
