Nowadays, the widespread use of internet has changed many aspects of human beings' lives. Today people spend a great deal of time on social media to keep in touch with their friends, be aware of the news, follow celebrities, to name but a few. In this regard, some people prefer to share their experiences and pictures on social networking sites, while others do not like to do so. Personally speaking, I prefer to keep a record of my own experiences on social media as it broadens my cennection connection with people and also, helsp helps me to express my feelings and address my problems through difficulties of life. My reasons are explained in the following paragraphs.
First and foremost, sharing my experiences leads me to find people who have the same interests as I have. Sometimes it seems hard to find someone in the university or work place has the exact favorites as I have. However, social networking sites are the best platforms to share ideas and make friends. My own experience could better clarify this idea. When I was a student, I used to go climbing with one of my friends on weekends. We liked to make a group to go mountain climbing and camp there for at least one night, but, unfortunately, we could not find anyone to join us, until my friend write about one of our climbing story on his Facebook account, upload some of amazing photos, which we had taken, and asked students to join us if they have appetite. Surprisingly, many students commented that they were looking for someone to accompany them to go climbing. If my friend did not have shared our experience, we could not find anyone to make a climbing mountain team.
Secondly, in virtual platforms people speak about their emotional feelings and problems more easily, thereby they could get help from people who had the same experience. Today, people from all different walks of life are active in social networking sites that could assist each other to deal with obstacles through advising and counseling. Although, sometimes this might make people to walk on the wrong track, most of the time its benefits outweigh the drawbacks. For example, people who feel depressed because of losing the job or getting divorced, have opportunity to speak about their emotional senses on social applications. There are many people who have encountered such problems, consequently, they will talk to them and try to help them to recover.
In a word, I prefer to share my experiences on social networks. I think, it not only will broaden my relationships with various people, but also aids me to express my feelings and get advice from others to deal with my issues.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
