Your school is going to give prize to the best teacher then that teacher should be evaluated by the students or should be by other teachers. Agree or disagree?

Best teacher means not only teaching the students but also give the knowledge of academic as well as general things. Students learn many things from the teachers and also teachers play important role behind the student’s success. Every year schools and colleges give best teacher award. But, it is not good decision that the best teacher evaluated by students or other teachers for following reasons.
To begin with, the best teacher evaluated by other teachers get worse outcome than good result because of teachers choose to close once to maintain their friendship. Students also choose teacher who is liberal and amiable rather than strict and rigid towards them. Students and teachers favoring the best teacher not by teaching style but their own purposes, consequently, award give to teacher who is not really deserve it. It is causes the negative impact on those who really teaching better and always good thinking for students. For an example, in my college, organize the award ceremony in which students choose the best teacher. Most of students choose the biology teacher who is give freedom to students and not strict to on the student’s academic works, as result who teachers are best teaching and work for students were discouraged by students decision and negative impact on their minds.
Furthermore, the best teachers evaluated by students grade and specific subject knowledge rather than evaluated by students and teachers. Good teacher whose lectures easily understandable and he motivate to students for study. For an instance, my maths professor teaching style was good and every student’s are easily understand whole concept each lessons. His strict nature and teaching style helped to students got the good grade in maths that is reasons evaluated the best teacher by student’s grades rather than choose by teachers or students.
In brief, contemplating all the aforementioned reason, the best teacher is who is motivated the students on their study, students understand what he/she teach them and students get a good grade on his subject. All these reasons, I certainly disagree with the statement that best teacher should be appraisal by students and other teachers,

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
