argument if the dinosaurs is endotherm or not.

Essay topics:

argument if the dinosaurs is endotherm or not.

The lecture and the reading passage both talk about the endotherms property in animals, which helps them to keep their body temperature constant like a human. The reading passage says that dinosaurs are endotherms animals. While the lecture refutes that idea by providing many reasons with evidence.
First of all, the reading claims that the dinosaurs endotherms because they lived in the polar regions as the fossil showed, the weather there is cold so they need this feature to keeps them alive. The lecturer refutes that by saying that the polar area was warmer than now so they can live, also in the cold weather they migrate to another warm region.
In addition, the reading gives another reason is that dinosaurs' legs underneath their bodies, so they can run and do physical activities, this reason supports that they endotherms as the other animals. The professor counters this by saying it is not necessary that those legs connected with the endotherms, he said that those legs help to support their large body weight.
Lastly, the reading claims that they have haversian bones allow them to grow rapidly, as proved in many animals it is evidence that they are endothermic. The lecturer refutes that by saying also it has growth ring bones that they sustain slaw growth of the dinosaur's body in cooler weather and then rapid and slow, this property of growth exist in a non-endotherms animal.
Those evidence by the professor refutes the reading passage and shows that dinosaurs are not Endotherms.
