The article mainly states that human cannot presence and maintain on the Venus’s surface because of its impossible and hard circumstances and provides three reasons to support. On the other hand, the lecture believes that presence of human on Venus’s surface is not challenging and it is possible. He refutes author’s ideas with bringing some reasons.
First of all, the reading asserts that pressure of atmosphere on Venus’s surface is really high and it is 90 times greater than earth’s surface pressure. While, the professor claims that atmosphere pressure on above Venus’s surface is low and equal in earth’s surface.
Additionally, the author suggests that there are not serveries of water on Venus’s surface, and atmosphere of Venus includes most of the gases such as dioxide carbon, nitrogen and sulfuric acid except a necessary gases like oxygen or water vapor. Whoever, the speaker argues that water and oxygen are both important for human, these necessary materials can obtain and make water from gases such as combination of sulfuric acid and dioxide carbon that there are on the atmosphere of Venus easily.
Finally, the text posits that the sunlight reaches the planet’s surface is so low because of thick clouds that fill the atmosphere and absorb the sunlight and reflect it’s to space. The professor supports that there much thick clouds up to surface which absorb sunlight, but can prepare electricity station above the clouds and produce more powers for human requirements.
