Productivity and reward system.

The reading text and lecture are both about reward system. The author believes that incentive is fruitfull for the industry. But lecturer cast doubt on the reading text by making his own opinion.
Firstly, the reading pessage states that rewards system improves the workers productivity.On the other hand lecturer is says that employee is asking for the high pays not the gift and all this things. Additionally he state that, this system eventually make the worker more and more less productive.
Secondly, the author of this article says that, this manegerial committee is giving promice for the incentive to the worker, if thay work hard. On the flip side, Lecturer states that , this sysstem is more or less pinished the workers rather than making them confident. Moreover, he explain that, Sometimes employee does not gets desiredd reward. So, they feels disappoinment.
Finally, The reading passage says that reward give motivation to the worker to maintains that work interest. In contrast, The lecturer argues that reward is often break the collabrative work with the manager. On top of that he exlain that eventually employees does not give their opinion to the the manager.
In conclusion, the reading and lecture both are explain the pros and cons of reward system. The lecturer is effectively argued the point made by the author.
