Productivity and rewards
Productivity and rewards, a method that in the beginning can look as a good method, but what is the reason to hesitate about the use of that method? Well the reason is, that some rumors were created making to lose the prestige of that method, it’s told that ‘’Productivity and rewards’’ Make to lose the confidence between employee and supervisor, because when the employee accept the reward, also accept increase the productivity, but in some cases information is hidden about the afraid to lose the rewards, and the information about the deals is turned in another problem, because there are some information that were necessary talked before, but it never happened; this kind of things produce severe problems, and the worst an decrease in the productivity that is the opposite to intention of the managers.
Furthermore, It's well known that the popularity of that method is thanks to a book, that book is called ‘’the closer the link between job performance and rewards, the greater motivational effect.’’ some things aren’t boarded on the book, things that wasn't expected by the book, it turns that a lot of people start to consider that it method is not the best, all aims up that the credibility of that book nowadays is falling down.
In the other hand, the critics written about that method are not showing a clear position about that method, in some way the critics written about that method are sounding as agree position, therefore, this method should be boarded based on the good things about that method, and taking into account the areas that is necessary to improve.
