second, the passage announces that, people of country helps to damage toad by hand or others instrument by catching them.moreover, it is also state that special man community developed for damaging them. according to the lecturer it is also a bad idea, by this way most natives animals like frog, insects can be damaged because they are not skillful and unprofessional. this is how, it also going to a bad design for the government.that makes the argument more inconvenience and not supportive.
