TOEFL TPO 48 - Integrated Writing Task
The author of reading state that frogs are very useful for humanity. These days, plenty frog scpecies reduce in number or gone extinct. The author provide 3 solution to prevent this issue. however, the lecturer refutes each solution and provide some reason for it.
The author state that if we using pesticides, frogs will harmed. The professor contents by saying that farmers by using pedticides provide more crops. if we don't using them we will have some problems.
The author claim that the fungus harm frog's skin, an important part of frogs to absorb water, and according to reasearchers we can use antifungal medication for frogs. The speaker, on the other hand, explains that we should use this method for every single frog. if we capture every frogs, it will be very complicated and will need large amount of money. Also, for any offspring of frogs we should do it again. She believe that it is very expensive and complicated.
The author explains that frogs depends on water resources and humans shoud decrease using of water for industry and development. however, The speaker was not sure that this activities use much water. The professor state that global warming is the biggest threat for dimminish water
