The article strongly postulates that the best approach to achieve a new project is to create a team is consisting of several people. On the other hand, The listening adamantly delineates that a group of people who have been working together for 6 months, after that it is recognized that every team has some free-riders who haven't contributed as much as rest of own team's coworkers and the lecturer gives to this for several compelling reasons.
