Summarize the points made in the lecture, being sure to explain how they oppose the specific points made in the reading passage.
In the set of material, both the reading passage and lecture agree about car manufacturers and governments have been eagerly seeking a replacement for the automobile’s main source of Power, the internal-combustion enfine. However, both materials discusses about three points with different opinions.
First of all, the reading passage affirms that one of the main problems with the international combustion engine is that relies on petroleum, either in the form of gasoline or diesel fuel. Morever, the reading also says that the fact that fuel-cell engines utilize easily available, renewable resources makes them particularly attractive and hydrogen can be derived from various plentiful sources, incluiding natural gas and water. Even though, the lecture passage says that relies is not a solution and is not available. One point to affirms her opinion, she says that don’t exist technology to require other substances through derived, principally, liquids-stake.
In the second place, the reading claims that hydrogen-based fuel cells are attractive because they Will solve many of the world’s pollution problems. Even thoug, the lecturer affirms that It’s not a solution, because the production It’s a may of create pollution, for example, with the production of oil.
Thrid and last, the reading passage says that fuel-cell engines Will soon be economically competitive because people Will spend less Money to operate a fuel-cell engine than they Will to operate na internal-coombustion engine. However, the lecturer refutes this affirmation saying how fuel-cell is expensive and is not a attractive to people.
